SERVICING / MAINT / REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF BUSBAR CHAMBERS LT UG CABLES, LT PANELS, JUNCTION BOXES, LT OH LINE, SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER AND ALLIED SERVICES AND REPAIR / MAINT OF HT ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT MH JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 02

Excavation in trenches in loose / soft soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old HT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10 cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for HT UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply jointing and testing Outdoor type cable end termination joint (Heat shrinkable) suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm x 3 Core, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
