Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils with in a lead of 75 mas directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre.

Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete

Repair of puncture/holes of any size in existing PVC pipeline of HDTW/MDTW/RLI by placing half round PVC pipe scetion of required sixe to cover the holes/puntures having adequate bearing on all sides and joining the half round section with solvent cement after roughening the surface with wire brush, emery paper to make the joint leak proof as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (cost inclusive of supplying solvent cement at site and transportation of required length of PVC pipe to be issued departmentally, for cutting half round section, from Sub-Divisional Stores to site) (ii) 315 mm dia PVC pipe line

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (a) In ground floor including roof

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. Thick

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 25 mm. to 30 mm.thick wooden shuttering as per decision and direction of EIC.

Ordinary cement Concrete ( mix 1 : 2 : 4) with graded stone chips (20 mm normal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor, as per relevent IS code a) Pakur Variety(1 : 2 : 4)

Brick work with 1st bricks in cement mortar (1:6) a) In Foundation and Plinth

12.5 cm.thick 1st class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor including scaffolding racking out joints etc. complete.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course as etc. necessary at ground floor. b) With cement mortar (1:6) 15 mm. thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm.thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete

Dismantling the existing G.I./M.S. Delivery Pipe line connection between the existing D.C./Surge Tank/Tripod Set & Tube Well assembly viz Sluice valve, Bend, Surge Tank/Distribution Chamber/Tripod Set Connection pipe etc. and disconnection of delivery side viz. Special bend etc. all complete as per direction of the E.I.C. and stacking all complete.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing and laying , where necessary of fowlling M.S/G.I. /E.R.W pipes and accessories (to be supplied deparmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing & making leak proof threaded / flanged joints at site, by using scoket/ rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc., maintaing the proper alignment and level / all complete / as per direction of E-I-C. (i) 150 mmm dia E.R.W Pipe.

(ii)150 mm dia Sluice valve

(iii) 150 mm dia Special Bend both end flanged welded.

(iv) 300 mm dia. ERW pipe special bend, both ends flanged.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing150 mm. Dia. Alfa-Alfa valve with 160mm. dia. P.V.C. riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C. tail-piece by joining the P.V.C. End of Tail-piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of Tail-piece and Alfa-Alfa valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete.

Installation/Erection of Surge Tank/Shore manifold (to be supplied from Deptt. Free of cost) over a rigid base of ordinary cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) of pakur varity of 1250 mmX 1250 mm Each 2263.08 mmX150mm. over a single layer of brick flat soling and embedding the legs of the surge tank/shore manifold within the concrete base including cost of all materials and labour and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of Departmental materials from the Deparmental Store to the work site and return back the damaged/replaced and unused materials to store including loading & unloading complete at both sides by Tempo/Van Rikshaw/Mini Truck etc. upto 25 Km distance in one way. i) For Delivery pipe, Surge Tank, Bend, Valve etc.

Earth Work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15 cm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

a) Priming one coat of steel metal surface with synthetic enamel/oil bound primer of approved quality, including smoothening surfaces by sand paper etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. Including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Testing of pipe line system against leakages by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entirepipe line net work for at least 4 (four) hour by running the departmental Diesel Engine pumping set, including supplying necessary fuels & lubricants and hiring and transporting tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
