Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of Water cooled Scroll Condensing Unit,DX type units, triple hermatic scroll compressor complete with automatic capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc., water cooled shell and tube condenser, factory insulated chiller, flow switch at condensing unit and condenser, vibration isolators, integral Refrigerant piping along with fittings, valves, and accessories (safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc.) to inter connect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve,Insulation of Suction line and AHU with minimum 13 mm thick Nitrile rubber insulation. Automatic and safety controls mounted in central console panel and all mounted on a steel frame complete as per Technical Specification. Motor shall be IE3 & suitable for 415 ± 10% 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply as per TS. The capacity of watercooled condensing unit shall be as per design conditions indicated below: Refrigerant - R-407C with condensing water In temp - 32 deg C and water out temp - 37 deg C of capacity 40 TR or next higher capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Carrier/Bluestar/Daikin/LG Note:- (i)The AC plant and other accessories shall be commissioned by OEM. (ii)The contractor shall submit a certificate from the OEM confirming that the entire AC plant work shall be got installed through them/ their accredited agencies duly incorporating thier recommended make. For this the contractor shall obtain the certificate for this from the OEM branch office located in Kochi.(iii) The AC plant and AHUs will be housed in the existing plant room at Sagarika Bldg. (iv)The tenderer should visit the site and check the site conditions before quoting the tender so as to incorporate any changes needed to install the plant in the location and rate quoted shall be included in the quote.

(v) First charge of refrigerant, compressor oil,lubricants etc and maintaining it at desired level even when leakage occurs during defect liability period is deemed to be the responsibility of the tenderer. (vi)Before commencement of the work contractor shall obtain design details including drawing from OEM and submit the OEM vetted drawing for approval of accepting officer duly supported with all relevant specifications of each components of AC plant . (vii) Any accessories required to be removed during the dismantling and installation of DX units shall be repaired /replaced to the existing shape as per site requirement and as directed by EIC.The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the cost incuding Modification work of Civil Foundation of already existing foundation for old chiller units. (viii) If the required capacity is not available, next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and same is deemed to be included in the cost. (ix) THE OEM Should have service setup in kochi area. (x) Any item/accessories left out inthe contract for suceeful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the cost. (xi) Foundation of the chiller plant as per OEM specification. (xii) Contractor should supply and fix in plant room, colour print of Chiller plant drawing with plant details in a sandwiched type acrylic display board not less than 90 cm x 60cm size. (xiii) Any Civil workd required during execution of work such as wall cutting/demolishing, dismantling of window/doors and refixing to its original form and any addition/alteration required to the bldg of AC plant such as brick mansonry work and distempering of the same to be included in the above quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, commissioning and testingof Horizontal end suction back pull out centrifugal pumps,Factory mounted on a common base with electric motor for recirculation of water for Condenser Water . All pumps shall be aligned properly as required. The pumpsmotor shall be suitable for 415 +/- 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. Operating speed of the pump shall not be more than 1440 RPM.IE-3 motor with water flow rate of 135 USGPM and suitable for 35 MWC or higher head as per OEM recommendation complete and required foundation for pumpset complete all as recommended by OEM a and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- .Any accessories required to be removed during the dismantling units shall be repaired /replaced to the existing shape as per site requirement and as directed by EIC .The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included in the cost for transportation to kataribagh, breaking of wall / door frame/ windows if required and making good to the existing shape complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of online electrostatic non chemical water treatment system for Cooling Tower to Ensure Proper Treatment of Water to avoid Descaling including all necessary Chemicals and Power Connections to be fixed on sub header before condenser of 2 x 40 TR AC. The outer casing shall be of 304 grade stainless stell with both ends flanged and capable preventing scale formation. The same shall be suitable for pipe dia 125/100 mm in condenser circuit. The work includes cutting of existing GI / MS sub header and providing mild steel flange heavy duty and joining with reducer, nuts & bolts, gaskets at both ends with welding and connecting to the system complete all as required. Electrostatic online non chemical scale preventer system should full fill the following conditions : Stainless steel shell 304 (Negative Electrode); Catalytic (Copper) Metal Electrode (Positive Electrode);Control Panel for Electrostatic scaled off suitable for existing pipe with suitable size, standard length suitable for 80 TR AC Plant . Make: SCALE-OFF by WELDON ENGINEERS or as Approved by GE.

M& L for Robotic cleaning and the process for disinfection for Indoor air quality of Existng supply air, return air ducts with robotic camera, compressed air with flipper, HEPA Negative machine, air compressor, various types of air nozzles all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Installation of Acoustic Insulation of ducts using 13 MM Open Cell Nitrile Rubber, well adhesived, 150 - 180 Kg/cm2

Supply and Fixing of Acoustic Insulation to Walls to ensure reduction Sound of Sound with 19mm Thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation, Contractor Shall quote for necessary adhesive, Screw / fasteners to ensure proper fixing of Insulation to wall. The Contractor shall also consider GI sheet Square Piece to be screwed to wall ie to ensure proper fixing

M & L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered by washing,brooming down or wire brushing and applying one coat of acrylic washable distemper on old decorated surfaces on walls including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ALL ABOVE ITEMS (a) The complete work to be executed by OEM / its authorized agency. (b) AC plant can be shut down continously for a period of 14days only for execution of lower side machineries and 14 days for higher side machineries. Contractor has to make adequate arrangements such as Sufficient skilled manpower, material required T&P etc for completion of work within the above stipulated time . If required, night permission will be given by the user to complete the work within the stipulated time. (d) Any wall cutting and wall breaking for execution of the above work or for dismantling of old chiller units and reconstruction to the existing shape should be executed and the rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (e) Any item/materials of users such as motorized curtains, etc should be removed carefully and refixed at the same location without any damage after completion of the work, any damage occurred to be repaired without any extra cost, nothing will be paid by the department. The rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (f) Scaffoldoing/ Motorised hydraulic ladder to be used wherever possible for execution of the work without damaging the floor/ceiling/walls/puff panels and other accessories such light fittings and fixtures, speakers, cables, wall paneling etc, if damaged the same to be repaired and match with the existing shape , the rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (g) Rate quoted shall deem to be inclusive of any Civil works required during execution of work such as Plant room and AHU room wall cutting if required and reconstruction of wall to the existing shape as per the dimension of DX Unit and AHUs. (h) Any left out item for smooth completion of the above subject deemed to be include at the time of execution and the rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (i) The contractor/bidder should visit the site before quoting the bid to know the working condition and the site for correct bidding. (j) All safety precautions to be followed while working.
