Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, laying of cables, pipelines, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, laying of cables, pipelines, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of existing unserviceable and rusted MS clamps, angle, MS flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes of pipes:

Taking up/down old rusted / unserviceable CI water main pipes with spigot and socketed / flanged ends with all fittings including burning out lead joints and recovering lead, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:

S&F steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length, including supply and fixing all fittings, ISI marked conforming to IS -1239 and fixed to walls or laid in floors / trenches required for connection and tapping from existing supply pipe lines to resume water supply complete all as specified and as directed for the following bores:

M&L for DI pipes with socketed and spigot ends suitable for tyton joints centrifugally cast (spun) class K-9 conforming to IS:8329 cut to any length laid in trenches including rubber gaskets joints complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes: Note: Fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

M&L for ductile iron specials / fittings like bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps, plug, etc. upto and including 150mm bore complete all as specified and as as directed Note: Lead joint, excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

M&L for drilling and tapping CI/DI water mains (in position) for branch connections of 20/25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

S&F sluice valve, 150mm dia, cast iron body class PN 1.6, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 14846, both ends fanged with brass spindle and brass check nuts with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insulation sheet 3mm thick, bolts, nuts and fixed to pipe line, including testing on installation and taking out and disposing off old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement cast iron air release valve of 100mm dia, double orifice flanges, PN 1.0 with tamper proof arrangement including taking out / down old unserviceable valve and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including necessary cutting into existing pipe, threading, inserting new piece of GI pipe of existing size, and earthwork in any type of soil or breaking/cutting into road/interlocking tiles/cement concrete, etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces including taking out / down old unserviceable valve and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1050x1050x1050mm (internal dimensions) with 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregates, 230mm thick brick masonry wall built in CM 1:6, 10mm thick internal and 15mm thick external plastering in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and 6mm thick MS sheet cover including 50x50x6mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping with 25x6mm flat iron hinges, hold fasts, handles, locking arrangements, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50m all as shown on drawings, complete all as specified and as directed Note: The cost shall be inclusive of all items of work required for the execution and entire completion of this item and nothing extra shall be paid separately in any other items of BOQ

S&F mild steel bands, straps, hold fasts, clamps, angles, flat iron, wall ties, nuts, bolts, washers and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 including all necessary welding as required complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (type D-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, sub-bases, pavings, etc. surface finished rough complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, sub-bases, pavings, etc. surface finished rough complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, bases, foundation filling, mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles, with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed Note: Reinforcement steel will be measured and paid separately under respective item herein

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick, in cement mortar (1:4) on walls / concrete surfaces, etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed
