Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as directed

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exc. 0.30m but not exc.1.50m in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.6.00 here-in-before but exc.1.50m and not exc. 3.00m in depth.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, benching to manholes, sub bases, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4), as in cover slab for man hole, culvert, septic tank and soak pit slab including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Material and labour for, reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Material and labour for, reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick roughed finished, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, roughed finished, complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for, brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked.

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No.23 here-in-above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Material and labour for, 100mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling trial bore for 250mm inner dia x 350mm outer dia tube well by reverse rotary circulation method, machine 250mm bore size top or bottom by different cutters inducing all arrangement with appliances and excavation of pit for clay for circulation of water using bentonite or to satisfy clay as per site orsoil condition for settlement of bore hole for the depth from ground level to 120 metre depth, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The identification of exact aquifer for availability of water with the help of CENTRAL/ STATE ground water board shall be done by the contractor at his own cost before drilling and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Any liaisoning regarding any test to be conducted on site for locating the aquifer will be the responsibility of the contractor only. NOTE: Appliacble for 34 to 36: The quoted unit rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of drilling, pumps and fittings etc which shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement for execution of the work. (ii) Quoted unit rate of these items also include the cost of fuel required for machine during the complete process.

Development of trial bore by reaming in steps viz from 250 mm to 350 mm ; From 350 mm to 450 mm ; From 450 mm to 525 mm; From 525 mm to 675 mm, up to 60 RM from ground level for insertion of casing pipe 250 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Development of trial bore by reaming in steps viz From 250 mm to 350 mm ; From 350 mm to 450 mm ; From 450 mm to 525 mm, exceeding 60 RM but not exceeding 120 RM from ground level for insertion of casing pipe/stainer, 250 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: - (a) Depending upon the availability of water bearing strata, if drilling beyond 120.00 Metre is required, the same shall be carried out only after obtaining written approval from PM. (b) The rate for reaming beyond 120.00 Metre depth will be considered as per quoted rate at Serial item No. 36 here in before.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 250 mm nominal bore ERW heavy duty MS casing pipe of 7.10 mm wall thickness and welding joints with MS coupler ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 50 mm X 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lowering and fixing in position 200 mm bore, 8.00 mm wall thickness, low carbon galvanized steel (LCG) strainer, 'V' wired type (inwardly widening to give no clogging property and shall have minimum geometrical resistance to water flow to reduce frictional head losses) , with 1 mm continuous slot to offer not less than 25 % open area, and with bevelled end, conforming to IS 8110:2000 (Reaffirmed 2006), butt jointed by welding in suitable length with MS flat iron 50 X 6 mm coupler ring all around the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, Bail Plug having 3.00 Metre length, fabricated out of ERW heavy duty MS casing pipe of 7.10 mm wall thickness and suitable for 250 mm bore, including welding joints with MS coupler ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 50 mm X 6 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lowering and fixing in position MS reducing socket 250 mm X 200 mm nominal bore, 8 mm thick and duly welded to pipe with MS flat iron 50 mm X 6 mm coupler ring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix,100 mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 3.00 Metre long, in twin arrangements, as in gravel filling arrangement to bore well, fixed 2.00 Metre below ground level and 1.00 metre above ground level, inclined at an angle of 40 Degree form horizontal plane of ground, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Earthwork and PCC Foundation Block for the pipes will measured and paid separately under respective items in this BOQ.

Supplying, pouring and packing pea-gravel of size 3 mm to 8 mm and packed all around the entire bore well to fill in the annular space between pipe assembly and bore hole, complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Providing water logging test with electro logging equipment and required machinery for ascertaining/ logging aquifers encountered in trial bore and arranging and defining the water availability test giving test report of Geo-Hydrologist from Govt. approved laboratory recommending water bearing zones, TDS of water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of raw and treated water for all parameter covering complete chemical and bacterilogical test from DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/ recognised lab as approved gy the GE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item is deemed to be included the cost of transportat charges for collection of water sample from site and to lab and including collection of test report from lab to office of AGE E/M. (ii) Container required for collection of sample shall also be arraged by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, fixing and lowering 100 mm bore MS, column pipe, both end flanged, 3.00 Metre long, fitted with flanges at both ends made out of heavy grade pipes of 5.4 mm wall thickness, ISI Marked (IS: 1239-Part-I), complete with bolts, nuts, gaskets etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing well cap made out of 8 mm thick MS plate with provision of suitable holes for passing through two runs of flat three core, PVC insulated industrial cable for submersible motor, 10.00 Sq. mm and suitable for fixing to 250 mm nominal bore ERW heavy duty MS casing pipe of 7.10 mm wall thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, mild steel iron clamp (two parts) made out of flat iron 150mm width x 12mm thick of approx 450mm length and required size of nuts, bolts and washers suitable for holding 100mm bore column pipe including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 150 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle,CI wheel, ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000(Reaffirmed 2010)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, cast iron non return valve flanged ends of class PN 1.6 with CI wheel, of size 100mm bore including nuts & bolts, washer and gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, pressure gauge in pipe line 100mm dia, 0 to 14 Kg/ Sqcm including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, fixing, commissioning and testing for submersible pumping set i.e. pump and motor in bore well, electrically driven 415 volts, three phase AC, 20 HP, 15 KW having dischrage capacity not less than 1000 litres per minute at a head of 54 metres, 10 stage, delivery 100mm dia (internal) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- T&P and manpower required in lowering of pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and unit rate of this item is included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply, laying and testing for PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable with stranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core, 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including lugs and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of monoblock pump set suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, having capacity 15 HP, suction and delivery outlet 4"x4", discharge capacity maximum 39 LPS, 50 metres head including connection with all fittings and angle iron base and PCC foundation as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for fully automatic star delta submersible pump starter of 20 HP capacity with auto unit 3 phase 415 volts relay range ground mounted on 50x6mm flat tron clamp duly grouted in wall minimum clearance 2" from wall including connections with lugs testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for,150mm dia tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing 150mm bore for alterations or additions, screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) and inserting tee including all accessories and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm depth (internal dimension) with sub class 'B' brick with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding, 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 150 mm below ground level, provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS plate welded with 40 x 6mm thick FI frame all round including provision of hinges, handle, locking arrangement, ISA 50 x 50 x 6mm thick frame, fixed on top of valve pit by means of 04 Nos hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x 100mm) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces, necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
