Removal of land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by manual/mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material within lift upto any height and carriage of material upto any lead, lift and other incidental complete in all respect as per Technical specification 302.3.5 and 1611 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten squaremetre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto any lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto any lead including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling of selected hard dry stone hand packed tightly under floor complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi circular 250mm (two hundred fifty millimetre) R.C.C. pipe NP2 in single row including fixing collar with stiff mixture of cement mortor 1:2 (one cement : two sand) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four coarse sand :eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three coarse sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to all floor level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetera and removal of form for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etcetera complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Display Board of size 0.90x0.60mtr.(zero point nine zero into zero point six zero metre) indicating Name of work, Name of Head, Estimated cost, Completion cost, Date of start and Date of completion at prominent place complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
