Construction of LILO of 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM (Dham Pur Sugar Mill) Transmission Line on S.C. Towers alongwith Materials and other associated Works at Under Construction 132KV Sub Station Meer Ganj, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Transportation of Materials for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :
(1) Compression type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Compression Dead end Clamp with Jumper Terminal (Cone), Anchor Shackle, Ball Clevis (HH type), Socket Clevis (HH type), Line Side Arcing Horn complete with Split Pin, G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Plain & Spring Washers etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(2) Supply of Single Suspension Fitting Assembly Free Centre Type suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Suspension Clamp, J-Hook, Ball Hook, Line Side Arcing Horn complete with Split Pin, G.I. Bolts, Nuts, Plain & Spring Washers etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(3) Mid Span Compression Joint, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of extruded Aluminium Outer Sleeve (OD 38±1 mm, ID 23±0.2 mm, L 610±5 mm) and Mild Steel Inner Sleeve (OD 18±0.5 mm, ID 9.5±0.2 mm, L 203±5 mm) as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(4) Repair Sleeve, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor duly made of extruded Aluminium Sleeve (OD 38±1 mm, ID 23±0.2 mm, L 241±5 mm) as per Technical Specifications & Sample
(5) Stock Bridge Vibration Damper (4R type), suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(6) Compression type Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, consisting of Dead End Tube, Jumper Tube, Anchor D-Shackle, complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Cotter Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(7) Stock Bridge Vibration Damper (4R type), suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(8) Flexible Copper Bond of size 12 mm x 570 mm duly made of Electrolytic Copper and Crimped with Copper Lugs at both ends as per Technical Specifications & Sample
(9) Supply of D-Shackle, suitable for Fitting on Cross Arm of B & C type 132KV Towers and duly made of Hot Dip Galvanized 20 mm dia. M.S. Round, complete with Bolts, Nuts, Plain & Spring Washers as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(10) Number Plate in size of 165 mm x 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with Letters and Numerals in Enameled Red Colour on White Colour Enameled Background, Indicating Name of Transmission Line in Short Form (in English Letter of size 35 mm Height) and Tower No. (in English Letter of size 65 mm Height) as per Requirement alongwith 2 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers with of 2 No. Holes in Number Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(11) Phase Plate in Sets of both sides Enamelled Red, Yellow & Blue Colour Circular Discs of dia. 100 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet alongwith 1 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolt-Nut-Spring Washer with 1 No. Hole in Phase Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(12) Danger Plate in size of 380 mm x 250 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet and Written 'DANGER' in English Letter of size 35 mm Height, '[krjk' in Hindi Letter of size 45 mm height, '132000 Volt' in English Letter of size 30 mm Height, Indicating 'Sign of Danger' in size of 70 mm x 80 mm all shown Symmetrically in Enamelled Red Colour on White Colour Enamelled Background alongwith 2 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers with 2 No. Holes in Danger Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(13) Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set, consisting of 32 mm dia. 3050 mm Long Heavy Duty Perforated 'C' Class G.I. Pipe, 50 mm x 6 mm size & 4750 mm Long Galvanized Steel Flat, 2 No. 12 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(14) 120KN Silicon Composite Rubber Polymor Tension Insulator String suitable for 132KV Transmission Line.
(15) Survey including Making of Location Route, Preparation of Profile, Tower Schedule, Schedule of Materials for Transmission Line on KPTL Design 132KV D.C. Towers.
(16) Check Survey & Peg Marking of Tower Locations. (1 Job per Loc.)
(17) Excavation of Foundation Pits for KPTL Design 132KV D.C. Towers including all Earth Work, Back Filling, Levelling etc.
(18) Setting of Stubs of KPTL Design 132KV D.C. Towers including all Foundation Work but excluding the Cost of Concerting & Excavation as per Details below :
(a) 'B+0' type Tower
(b) 'C+0' type Tower
(19) Concreting of Foundations using M20 Grade Cement - Concrete - Coarse Sand Mixture in the Ratio of 1:2:4 with 20 mm Stone Metal for Towers & Gantries including Cost of Materials, De-Watering, Shoring, Shuttering, Framing, Curing etc.
(20) Installation of Steel Reinforcement Bars in R.C.C. Foundation for Towers including Cost of Steel Reinforcement Bars with due Cutting, Bending, Placing, Binding etc.
(21) Transportation of new Tower Parts, ACSR Panther Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators / Polymer Insulator Strings, Hardware Fittings etc. (Approx. 60 MT) from designated Sub Stations in Bareilly District (Approx. upto 50 Km Distance) to Line Site, Line Site to Line Site as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.
(22) Erection of Super Structures of 132KV Towers, their Extensions wherever Required including all Work above Ground Level with Proper Fixing & Tightening of all Tower Parts including Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. but Excluding the Hoisting of Insulators, Fixing of Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc.
(23) Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 2nd Section of the Towers from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & Finally, Applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the Affected Surfaces.
(24) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of 7/10 SWG Earth Wire including Fixing of Tension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers, Section Tower to Gantry at Sub Station end.
(25) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of ACSR Panther Conductor including Hoisting of Tension Insulator Strings, Single Tension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers, Section Tower to Gantry at Sub Station end.
(26) Earthing Work including Earth Work etc. for Pipe type Earthing of new Section Towers including Cost of Coke, Salt etc., but Excluding Cost of Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set. (1 Job per Towrer)
(27) Anchoring by Providing of Stay on Cross Arm of Section Towers before Removal of old Conductors by Making C.C. Foundation for Anchoring of Stay Wire, Fixing of suitable Stay Wire / Rod etc. and Finally, Removal thereof after String of new Conductors. (1 Job per Cross Arm)
(28) De-Stringing of Earth Wire between S.C. Tower Loc. No. 48B to S.C. Tower Loc. No. 50B of existing 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM Transmission Line. (1 Job per Section)
(29) De-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors between S.C. Tower Loc. No. 48B to S.C. Tower Loc. No. 50B of existing 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM Transmission Line. (1 Job per Section)
(30) Re-Stringing of Earth Wire between S.C. Tower Loc. No. 48B to new D.C. Tower Loc. 49C and new D.C. Tower Loc.49C to S.C. Tower Loc. 50B in existing 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM Transmission Line. (1 Job per Section)
(31) Re-Stringing of 3 No. Phase Conductors (ACSR Panther) between S.C. Tower Loc. No. 48B to new D.C. Tower Loc. No. 49C and new D.C. Tower Loc. No. 49C to S.C. Tower Loc. No. 50B in existing 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM Transmission Line. (1 Job per Section)
(32) Dismantling of 1 No. 132KV ‘A’ type S.C. Tower at Loc. No. 49A of existing 132KV S.C. C.B. Ganj - DSM Transmission Line including all associated Works above the Ground Level with Proper Opening of Bolts-Nuts-Washers, all Tower Parts including Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. and due Cutting of Tack Welding of Bolts-Nuts.
(33) Transportation of old & dismantled Tower Parts, ACSR Panther Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators, Hardware Fittings etc. (Approx. 7 MT) from Line Site to 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj (Approx. upto 40 Km Distance) as per Direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc.
(34) Cutting of Stubs and Taking out the Chimney by Scrapping & Excavation of the Earth, then Removal of Scrap Materials & Leveling of the Earth to Make it suitable for Farming (1 Job per Stub / Chimney)
(35) Round the Clock Watch & Ward of the Line / Line Materials during Construction Work to Avoid Theft of Tower Parts, Conductors, Earth Wire, Insulators, Hardware Fittings, Accessories etc. (1 Job per Day)
(36) Cutting of Following sizes various types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Range of Corridor of the said 132KV Line to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees :
(a)Trees having Girth between 0.5 - 1.0 Meter
(b) Trees having Girth between 1.0 - 2.0 Meter
(37) Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Range of Corridor of the said 132KV Line to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees.
