Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including cleaning and stacking of serviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered outer wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Applying a coat of approved bituminious primer @0.25 ltr/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25grade @1.2Kg/Sqm. M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water and clean the exposed reinforcement upto bright condition allow to dry and appling a layers of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bounding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and applying microconcrete as per menufacturer instructions and finally applying cement plaster over finished surface of required thickness to give even.unirorm and smooth finishes confirming to proper geomtrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides ,soffits of the slabs,chajja,fins,facia ,parapets,lintels,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering,chasing to brick work or RCC members at any height up to 06 storied buildings 25 M height structures including removal of all small trees/shurbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters with out taking off shutter from frame not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
