REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF EARTHING, EARTH PITS, LIGHTENING CONDUCTORS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MIL STN DHARAMSHALA

Supply and fix (in replacement) sheet metal enclosure with new DB's suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way, double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Connections of the MCB's shall be done with appropriate size of brass/cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface at no extra cost. Make:- Havells/GM/Legrand.

Supply and fix (in replacement) MCB, SP, 6-32 Amp, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix (in replacement) MCB, SPN, 6-32 Amp, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix (in replacement) 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated, stranded, aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete (in replacement) with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to Galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including angle iron of size 40x40x6mm and medium grade G.I. watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore G.I. pipe, light grade protection pipe including excavation and charcoal common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate as shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I , including cutting of existing wall/floor and making good surface as per existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix (in replacement) existing unserviceable sheet metal enclosure with new DB's suitable for MCBs of triple pole and neutral 4 way, 415 volt, double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar with one incoming and 12 outgoing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Connections of the MCB's shall be done with appropriate size of brass/copper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface at no extra cost. Make:- Havells/GM/Legrand.

Supply and fix (in replacement) MCB, TPN, 63 Ams, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete (in replacement) with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of G.I. and G.I. strip protected by provision of G.I. pipe, light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia M.S. bar handle made to shape, G.I. medium grade, 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, including common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 mtr long galvanised iron strip 32mmx 6mm size and galvanised iron protection pipe of 40mm bore, light grade.

Supply and fix (in replacement) galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm and fixing screws burried in ground or above ground for test point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
