Taking out of LT cable any size from trenches/walls/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying ,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 185 Sqmm 4 Core in floor/trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying ,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 300 Sqmm 4 Core in floor/trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable including taking out existing cable protection cover etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation shall be carried out manually all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for XLPE cable with tibba sand (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-II flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for pole cable protection including fixing clamp, nut bolt washer complete accssories etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L boring of horizontal holes under road pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra souding boring machine including T&P all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement manual on load change over switch of capacity 630 Amps, four pole, 415V confirming to IEC 60947-3, IS/IEC 60947-3 etc in sheet metal enclosure fixed on wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of out door type LT Feeder Pillar box (Kiosk) of size not less than (L) 60 cm x (W) 45 cm x (H) 45cm made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet (CPRI approved) with openable Front door including locking arrangement, with and inluding Copper Busbar 400 amps rating; panel fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm frame of suitable size and embedded in PCC plinth 45x45x60mm made of PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip 25mm x 4 mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. GI strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.
