Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed ( Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site)

M&L for E-board false ceiling consisting of powder coated GI wall angle, main T and cross T of 25mmX 25 mm X 1.40 mm thick grid frame work, joist, angle/ Tee as directed and mild steel wire hook not less than 6 mm dia with arrangement for adjusting height of ceiling and including provn of 4 mm thick E- Classic board in pannelof size 600X600mm with necessary off cut including taking down and refixing of Electric fitting carefully complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick PVC tiles/sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosai or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors incl removing of old tiles/sheets etc. all as specifed and directed .

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep, getting out of soil for taking out/laying of pipe line etc complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10 above but hard/dense soil/PCC/Road etc, all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in, including sperading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete , all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated mateials n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete,, all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade aggregate for making good the road/path etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqm. Straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m meanm radius with oid size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4.complete,, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete M-15 (Norminal mix) in benching , coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing for Ductile iron pipes of 100 mm bore, spigot & socket end, centrifugally cast, class 'K-9',of the following bore , conforming to IS-8329/2000 or latest revision, in any lengh, laid in trenches /PCC base / RCC columuns with & including EPDM rubber gasket conforming to Is .9523/2000 or latest revision, connecting & testing complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation work/RCC/PCC and DI fitting will be measured separately

M&L for EPDM rubber or fibre board gasket joints of size 100 mm boe pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for lead wool joints of following size off pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Ductile iron pipes bends & special confiming to IS-9523 (latest revision) (any type radius and angle) tappers, any type ( straight bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch "y" junction, double branch cross ( all socket or socket end spigot) collar, caps and plugs upto 200 mm bore complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Joints will be measured separately

M&L for MS fittings such as bend tapers, tee pieces(single or double Branch) any type angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all flanged ends upto 200 mm bore pipes /nuts,bolts and washer etc.complete with necessary welding bracing drilling cutting complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Joints will be measured separately

Taking up or CI/ DI water pipe mains ( including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends up to 200 mm bore including disconnecting pipe and fittingscomplete ,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Execavation will be measured separately

Relaying of CI/DI water pipe ( Item obtained from item No 23) with all fitiings up to 200 mm bore in another site complete, all as per specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Execavation/ CI/DI fitting will be measured separately

M&L for dismantling and taking up old existing main water pipe of upto 200 mm bore and making inter connection by electrical welding, making the shape position to fit with existing pipe line with upto 200 mm slucice valves for interconnections complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- DI fitting will be measured separately

Supply & fix sluice valves, flanged of class 1.6 PN of 100 mm bore. complete,all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast iron air release valves with two air outlets, for 100mm bores and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains complete,all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for valve chamber of size 1200x1200x900 mm ( Intenal dimensions) with brick masonry valve chamber, PCC foundations, plastering and necessry excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness alongwith angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm with locking arrangment with ncessary fixing materials like hinges, nuts, bolts etc., ( Valve chamber cover shall be opened in two havels) and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete, all,as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 above but size of valve chamber is 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal) complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, (concealed conduit wiring ) with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs in ceiling or roof including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLS-IS 694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for for 3 pin 6/16 Amps Modules socket out let independent controlled by one modular Switch. Material & labour for maintenance free chemical earthing system using Isogel of M/S True Power Earthing Pvt Ltdl or equivalent ISI Make of chemical of 50 kg per earth pit for enhancing the soil coductivity and copper tube electrode of size 65 mm dia, 3 mtrs long having wall thichness 3 mm to be placed at the centre of a 53 mm dia bore vertically in ground. The tube shall be filled with isogel and the surroundings shall be filled tightly with mixture of isogel and soil.Use of 4 Nos copper rod of isogel and soil.The distance of rod from the tube shall be 06 mtrs and at the angle of 90 degree. These four rods to be conected using 25X3 mm copper strip ,laying at least 60 cm below groud level and back filled with mixture of Isogel & soil. The connection of copper tube with copper strip should be done using Bi-matallic 'U' clamp. The tubes will be used as earth point and copper strip is to be extended upto test point upto maximum length of 7.5 mtrs. The test point shall be made of brass of size 120X120X5 mm in IP-55 enclouser,The copper strip must be laid through 40 mmdia GI medium grade pipe. The earth pit cover shall be made up of PVC material with locking arrangement etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.The work shall be carried out by the authorised representative /agent of True Power Earthing Pvt Ltd /Macmet/Erico in presence of Engr-in-Chage and the test result of earth resistance must be less than 1 Ohm,( Note :- 1.) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the drilling to any type of soil/hard,disintegrated rock etc it met during excavation by suitable earth mover machine, to achive the required depth of 03 mtrs below average groud level. 2) All jointing to be carried out by brazing in lieu of bolts & nut).

M& L for 20X3 mm thick copper strip as earth continuity of main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in groud or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation as per site for loop earthing etc, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade galvanised with all fitting ,laid in ground/wall/ trench for protection of copper strip etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Sheet metal Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 240 volts complete,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub main wiring with Two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 10 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, drawn in including suitable size of non metallic rigid PVC conduit including PVC insulated unsheathed 1x10 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed new MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps 415 volts, 50 Hz having breaking capacity 16 KA , with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting and testing Complete all as specified and directed.Make-Havells/ABB/indo Asian/Legrand /seimens / Schinder as approved by GE.

M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (1991) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2;4) type B-1 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kgs/Sqm in lieu of CI cover.
