Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of diesel engine driven eco friendly silent generator set water cooled of capacity 50 kVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply complete including engine, alternator mounted on common base frame fabricated from steel chanel of suitable size in acoustic enclosure. Engine and alternator shall directly coupled with flexible coupling including with anti vibrating mounting pads as per manufacturer instruction/design complete with pre wired control panel and engine as per IS 10001/10002, 1981(R) and ISO 3046/BS 5514. Aternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and pcc foundation as per size of dg set etc. complete with control relay automatic start on main failure panel and built in fuel tank etc with including following specification/features all as specified and as directed :-

(a) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine water cooled of adequate capacity not less than 300 DHP for 50 KVA alternator with following provision :- (i) Radiator (ii) fly wheel (iii) air cleaner (iv) Oil Pump (v) Electric starting system with heavy duty maint free battery and battery charging alternator (vi) Temp meter and oil pressure gauge (vii) Exhaust system of silent DG set shall be provided as per OEM tech (ix) Engine safety sensor ( LLOP & HWT) (x) Lub oil cooling system (xi) Electrinic governor ; Engine protection device against low lubricating oil pressure or high temporature and over speeding of engine and emergency stop push button out side the enclosure of DG set.

(b) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator capacity of 50 KVA output at power factor 0.80 AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features : - (i) H class insulations. (ii) Plus/minus 1% of voltage regulation (max) in static condition.

(c) CONTROL & AMF PANEL BOARD :- (i) The control panel is manufactured with 16/18 guage CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a wheather proof and long lasting finish. The control panel/AMF panel consists of Microprocessor based DES 9 electronics controller, MCCBs of suitable rating, Key switche, Push button (Starter), LED battery charging alternator fail indication, current transformer, instrument fuses, Sound proof and weather proof encosure with safety features. (ii) Indicating lamp RYB - 03 Nos (iii) The AMF panel consist of MCCB's,power contactor of suitable capacity,Key switcyhes/Auto start Generator set controller, Multy functional meter displaying Current, Voltages, KW, PF, Frequency and KWH. (iv) Suitable size power cable copper conductor PVC insulated for connection alternator to control pannel and AMF panel.

(d) Essential Accessories : (i) Fuel Tank : Sub Base fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of adequate capacity. (ii) Base Rail : Base rail with integral fuel tank is provided. (iii) Battery : 12 Volts, 120 Ah 02 Nos maint free will be provided.

Note:- (i) The load test for 12 hrs shall be carried out by the contractor its own cost after completion of entire work. (ii) Necessary instruments consumable stores like engine oil, DHPP, Grease etc and appliances required for carrying out test shall be provided by the contractor and cost for this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Testing,commissioning will be carried out by IEM. (iv) Company test certificate should be provided by contractor.

M&L for Electrical Earthing complete with GI plate Electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level , connected to Aluminum strip of size 25 X 3 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron , earth lead strip protected by means of 32 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board / panel board , all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No:-5 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of siol , PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type C1 in chamber , RCC 1:2:4 type C1 40 mmthick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways,with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt , funnel for watering complete and testing the Earth resistence and writing on the chamber by paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sq. mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
