Supply and fixing best quality ceramic glazed wall tiles/brick styled wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 of approved thickness, size, make, design and colour over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3. Kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Supply and installation of vitreous china wall hung basin (white colour) of reputed make of size approximately 500x400x205 mm with all the accessories such as fittings, hinges, screws, downpipe etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Supply and fixing of white vitreous chine pedestal type water closet (European type WC pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe, water jet, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures and health faucet complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: 17.2.1 WC pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.
