Dismantling of old and damaged pipe line, flanges and related valve. Surface preparation for welding of pipe line and flange matching area . Fixing of 01 Nos.Cast Steel Gate Valve Size- 250 mm. Tightening of Pipe and valve. Supply and fixing of neoprene rubber sheet or champion sheet. Thoroughly cleaning of pipe line with the help of wire brushes etc

Fixing of Non Return Valve Size- 250 mm Tightening of Pipe and valve. Supply and fixing of neoprene rubber sheet or champion sheet. Thoroughly cleaning of pipe line with the help of wire brushes etc

Installation and Comissioning of 30 HP pump, Panel , 250 mm pipe upto Common Header , cable with required bend, flange, nut bolt, rubber gasket, fabrication , machining, with help of Crame. Manual chain pulley system , welder, beldar, supervisor, skilled electrician and othe tools and tackles.

Supply and fixing automation panel including all accessories complete in all respect *Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ultrasonic Level Sensor. * Supply, Laying and Cable Termination of Control Cable from PLC Cum DOL Stator Panel to Control Room. * Supply, Laying and Cable Termination of Instrument cable from Ultrasonic Level Sensor to PLC Cum DOL Stator Panel. * Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Remote Monitoring System. including all cost of material, labour and transportation required T&P and etc. to complete works

Aligning and existing of control panels of 02 nos. pumps. Including all nacessary accessories complete in all respact.

Applying primer then two layer of poly sulphide based epoxy painting with same color with code on all fabricated work and pipe.

Complete Testing of Gate Valves, Non Return Valves, Pumps and panel and fabricated work in presence of concerned engineer.

Transportation all supply materials and all and all machinery for SITC by manpower, hydra, crane to Kulhal Power House and its also included transportation of old pipe line, valves, pumps and other materials from sites to central store of Kulhal Power House.

Complete cleaning of Drainage- Dewatering pit along with necessary civil repairing concreting and wall painting.including all material, labour, T&P,etc. If it come out from the pit, sand and other meterial will be disposed only on the safe site in direction of Engineer incharge.
