Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 2.18 MLD capacity based on Latest Technology comprising of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Chamber (2 No.), Grit Channel (2 No.), Distribution Box (1 No.), Anoxic Reactor (2 No., ), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor Unit (2 No., MCRT 40 Days, nitrification), Tube Settler (2 No.), Constructed Wetlands for nitrogen and phosphorous removal (4 Nos., Area atleast 365 Sq. m., Depth 1.5 meter, minimum), Sludge Drying Beds (4 No., 135 Sq.m) with 2 bed covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm thick), Multi Media Filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area pump work 36 sq.m.), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s, providing and installation Laboratory Equipments, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).

Operation & maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant and Sewage Network for One years after 3 months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).
