Outsourcing of Ward Boy & Aaya services at KHEP Hospitals.

The bidder should have experience in Providing/supplying of Ward-Boy-Ayah/Healthcare staff in any reputed Hospitals/ Industry/ PSU/ Government organization in preceding last five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). In proof of this, bidder should submit copy of single/multiple (Maximum 3) work/purchase order of value not less than Rs. 40,97,133/- and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2024-25).

Labour license Registration Certificate of Establishment from Govt of Karnataka, Department of Labour under Contract Labour (R&A) Act & Karnataka rules.

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 81,94,266.00. In proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of present financial year).
