Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, nexc 1.5m deep,1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m and getting out in any kind of soil as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Excavation in post holes, each hole not exc 0.50cum, getting out in hard/dense soil including returning filling, watering, well ramming earth sand removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Providing PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations in rough finished, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing RCC M25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500m & n.exc 1500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
