| 3 | Providing and laying Mapei Novoplan 257 or equivalent self levelling compound 3-4 mm average thickness over substrates prepared to a clean, structurally sound. The system must include mandatory priming to ensure a bond strength exceeding 1.5 MPa. 1 Materials must meet EN 13813 (CT-C25-F7) standards, delivering a compressive strength of 25 MPa Mixing requires 5.25–5.75L of water per 25kg bag using a high-shear mechanical mixer to a lump free consistency. The area should be kept free of traffic for 24 hrs and installation of final floor finish should be done afte the surface is dry and mositure free in the finishing as per direction of EIC.
