Recovery and reconstruction of RGMSJ road Km. 0.000 to 61.000

Providing, laying , speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thockness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stonescreening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading - 3 as per technical specification clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP proddudcing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compection as per MORTH Specification No.508 complete in all respect including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road maring strips( retroreflective) of specified shsde/colour using hot thermoplastic matrial by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicater machine filler operator on road surface including cost of matrial,labour,T&P,cleaning the road surface of all durt ,seals,oil grease and foriegn matteretc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable apecification.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M 10(1) (Mechanincal mix and vibrated graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in Charge.
