Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of MBBR type STP 400 Cum/day including examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing and replacement of u/s parts complete all as specified & directed.

The STP installation consists of following major components :-

Bar screen - 1 No.

Oil grease trap - 01 No.

Equalization Tank - 01 No.

FAB reactors - 02 Nos.

Tube settler - 01 No.

Chlorine Contact tank - 01 No.

Filter feed tank - 01 No.

Treated water tank - 01 No.

Sludge holding tank - 01 No.

Sludge drying bed - 06 Nos.

Filter press - 01 No.

Air Blower - 02 Nos.

.FAB feed pump - 02 Nos.

Air compressor - 01 No.

Filter press feed pumps - 02 Nos.

Dozing machine with agitator - 04 Nos.

Note: (i) The rate shall also include regular greasing and oiling of pump sets, motors, gland packing, belts etc. However store required more than Rs 500.00 for other repairs /maintenance shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

(ii) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of spare part shall be carried by auth channel partner of M/s Thermax or ION exchange only and MOU for the same must be submitted within 15 days of commencement of work.

(iii) The spare shall be suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer only.

(vi) The contractor shall keep all spares required for routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defects it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 5000/- per day will be charged and the decision of GE will be final & binding.

Supply only bacteria culture in PVC shells suitable for MBBR type plant complete

Supply only DAP fertilizer for day to day use in sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only molasses (Sheera) for day to day use in Sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only poly aluminium chloride chemical for day to day use in Sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only granular based Calcium hypo chloride water disinfectant packed in 45 kgs plastic drums (having 90% free chlorine) for day to day use in sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed . Note for Item No 3 to 7:- (i) The chemical supplied against said items shall be deposited to MES store yard and RV to be produced for payment. (ii) The chemical should have min six month self life and supplied in two batches or as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) Consumption details date wise and location wise shall be measured in MB.

M&L for testing of treated sewage water from out let of chlorine contact tank once in every two months from NABL accredited authorized lab as per IS 3025 for recording essential parameters such as BOD, COD, PH, suspended solids and total dissolved solids complete all as specified & directed.

M&L periodical maintenance of drying beds by dislodging of filter media scrapping out the media mixed with sludge to a depth 25 mm to 32 mm removing all floating material, cleaning well from inside, taking out sludge and algae and disposal off to a distance not less than 50 mtrs complete all as specified including digging out filter media up to 150 mm depth for improving the porosity, leveling the media uniformly in filter bed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking down electric motor from base frame and shifting to work shop for rewinding, dismantling and taking out rotor assembly from stator carefully and cutting/cleaning burnt wire from stator, repair to damage slots including rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size, varnishing, drying and tapping with cotton tapes, reassembling, reinstalling at site including testing at full load complete for 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting after scrapping out old dull/faded paint from the surface properly and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on the following items complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Pipe lines of different sizes - 100 RM. (ii) Blower, Compressor and motor pump set - 8 Nos.(iii) Stairs and railings sewage treatment plant.

Repair and maintenance to chlorine Dozing plant including transporting to workshop of manufacture or authorized dealer, dismantling the dozing plant, cleaning, disconnecting electric connection liquid of all Job parts taking out all defective parts and supply and fix new parts for replacement reassembling, testing and re-fixing complete all as directed during execution of work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix replacement of PTMT ball valve 63/65 mm complete with accessories along with PVC solvent cement etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PTMT ball valve 32 mm complete with accessories along with PVC solvent cement etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 Pole power Contactor 22-32 Amp 1 NO+1NC complete all as specified & directed.

Repairing, Overhauling and replacement of dual Filter Media and activated carbon filtration vessels of MBBR STP 0.4MLD including Performing the following:-

Unloading of exhausted filter media from the Filter vessels with proper care etc.

Thorough cleaning and scraping inside the existing Filter vessel properly including painting with two coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint etc.

Checking of the existing Bed support plate and replacement of entire strainer of Filter Plant as per existing specification.

Thorough cleaning, scrapping outside of vessel properly including painting with one coat zinc chrome primer & two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint etc.

Taking out the exhaust activated Carbone and fill up the same with 1275 Kgs of live catalyst AgNO3 of IV value not less than 750 with supporting under bed media (duly coasted with manganese dioxide) as required and removal of the existing exhausted media complete all as specified & directed.

(f) Supply and loading of 2100 Kg of new live filter media in to the dual filter media vessel including removal of existing media from the vassal and dump out side the installation as and where directed with the under mentioned material with size mentioned against each complete all as specified & directed. (i) Fine Silex, of size 1/4" x 1/10" (ii) Course silex of size 1/2" x 1/4" (iii) Pebbles of size 3/4" x 1/2" (iv) Pebbles of size 1-1/2" - 1" (v) Mix Sand of size 6 -14 & 16-30 100 BS mesh sand

Re-Commissioning and testing of the existing plant by auth channel partner of M/s Thremax or ION exchange complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation and testing of fully automatic control panel complete with all accessories for STP (capacity 0.4 MLD) for controlling the followings :-

Supply and fixing 3 phase sludge recirculation pump of 10 Mtr head and 15 cum/hr flow complete with accessories along with MS pipes, valves, joints, elbow etc for recirculation of sludge from tube settler to MBBR complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing of oil fired incinerator cap. 60 Kg/Hr (Make:- Alfa therm) by service Engineer complete including servicing of Primary and secondary chimney, Primary Burner, Secondary Burner, ID Fan, FD Fan, Hydraulic system, Limit switches, Automatic waste feeding system, primary and secondary chimney etc, checking of Electric control panel, etc. The work also includes cleaning/replacement of fuel oil filters, cleaning the strainer in the water circulation line, cleaning or replacement of unserviceable jet, lubricating all bearings with proper quality of grease/oil, check and replacement of the door gaskets, replacement of 12 mm glass tube 1 mtr long, cleaning of all relays/contacts with carbon-tetra chloride, cleaning of Fuel tank, cleaning of Recirculation tank, checking of oil line for leakages and replace if found necessary to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spares other than mentioned in this item shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of Sch 'A' and the cost of fixing shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only automatic oil burner for primary and secondary chamber with automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, fuel pump, blower with motor, sequence controller, flame view port including filter fitted complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe heavy duty including required sockets, bends, valves etc complete for drainage system complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only photo cell complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of MS plate as a cap on the top of primary chimney of fire incinerator.

Preparation old painted surfaces of plant including chimney applying one coat Aluminium red oxide & two coats Aluminium Heat resistant paint complete all as specified & directed.

Testing of emission and operating standard of incinerator as per CPCB norms (SCHEDULE-I/II see rules 3 (e), 4 (b), 7(1), 7(2), 7(5), 7(6) & 8(2) part-I/II) installed at MH Dehradun and submit the emission testing report as per Schedule- I/II of Diesel Fired Incinerator quarterly basis from CPCB or NABL accredited authorized lab all as specified and directed. Note: (i) T&P required for emission testing as per Schedule -I/II incinerator is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) If report submitted delay penalty shall be charged double to the quoted rate.
