Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.) with VG-30 Bulk bitumen. for grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for grading II (10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Part B ( Drain ) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means foundation trenches, drain not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soils).

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 fine sand : 8graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth using cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1cement : 4fine sand) (CPWD SOR'14, Item No. 13.7.2)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. (CPWD SOR'14, Item No. 11.3.1)

Part C ( Culvert) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means foundation trenches, drain not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in all works up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, struts, buttresses, plinth, string or lacing courses, parapets, copings, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window cills, fillets etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).
