Design and Construction of reinforcement cement concrete Intake structure (trench weir) to be constructed at right Bank of Binwa Khad as per the site selction by Senior Hydrogeolist of JSV Department and hydrogeological investigation carried out at site to establish/construct intake structure to meet out requsite water requirement of the project/scheme. The construction of intake structure should be in a such way that it be minimum 15.00 metre Internal length also having collection chamber. Design and construction ,Testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant 1.85 ML capacity :- Design, Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 1.85 ML capacity based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, Providing, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Kailashpur(Balh) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Cascade Aerator, Raw water Tank, Primary settling with tube settler units, flash mixer, Clariflocculator , Rapid Sand Filter, back wash tank, Alum & Lime solution Tanks and complete mixing arrangement and boundary wall with fencing Panels. drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office, / automation room , room for housing the laboratory. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units or any other unit or structure required to make plant fully functional. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No.1 & technical specification No.1. All the structure shall be designed for uplift pressure encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded, suitable protection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Elevated Circular Over head storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure) , refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Providing, laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches of MSERW pipe (Zinc coated) circumferential butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 with steel grade L-415 or X-60 & L-290 or X-42 of latest edition or having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. Flanges are to be provided 6% of total joints and remaining 94% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736 -1986 (with up to date amendments). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The tolerance in thickness and mass/weight of pipe will be accepted as per relevant BIS code. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing ,DP test of butt welded joint complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. AUTOMATION OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer/firm shall provide two alternative proposals for automation (Wired/Non wired) i.e. (i) To automize the entire scheme up to sector water tanks. The plan for automation is also to be prepared by the firm, the cost of which has been included in the relevant items. Provision of automation with main SCADA and control station at treatment plant at Machhoi including with remote access at Division Palampur & Sub Division office at Panchrukhi. GSM based devices shall be installed at the plant , which shall send messages through SCADA to stations at two offices and five Mobile Numbers. This data transmission system consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system module communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm/contractor will provide the Bulk metering at Water Treatment Plant. The automation shall also include the following:- Provision shall be kept for automatic flow measurement and flow control with quality measurement turbidity. b)Water Treatment Plant at village Machhoi:- Fully automatized operation including alum dosing and back washing and chlorination from inlet to out let along with automatic sensor for Turbidity, pH and Residual chlorine) clear Water Tank:-Automatic Inlet and Out Let through single out flow pipe , Low and high level sensor along with all required accessories) Leakage detection mechanism along with necessary relevant provisions complete in all respect be provided. A separate room of proper size for housing automation system shall be provided at each station. It should also include telecommunication comprising of required numbers of connections as per actual requirement at site. The automation system installed at above/aforesaid locations should be theft proof and proper ventilation arrangements be made complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge . the firm/contactor shall submit complete proposal for automation and got approved from competent authority ,along with presentation before award of project. g)The make of Sluice valve shall be Kriloskar/Leader/KSB. The makes for Electrical actuator for automatic valves shall be Marsh/Auma/Rotex . The make for PLC shall be Siemens/Allen Bradly. The make for ultra Sonic level sensors shall be ABB/Siemens/E&H/Fobes Mrshal. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1Cement:5 sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plums and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall and breast walls
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor two level.Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres buttresses,plinth & string courses and the like.
Boulder filling behind the retaining wall complete in all respect within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Note:- (Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No.11 )

Stone soiling including formation cutting, stone soling, side drains, retaining walls, culverts and other cross drainage works complete in all respect

Fencing work around all the civil works such as , MBRs, SRs etc. one metre high fencing over brick masonery 1.80 mtr high ISA 50x50x5 mm post @ 1.50 mtr centre to centre including with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of Galvanised mild steel barbed wire confirming to IS:278-1962-type-1, weighting 9.38 Kg/100mtr minimum strained and fixed to post with proper fastening arrangement. The ISA post shall be embeded 450 mm deep in C:C 1:2:4 with proper fastening arrangement protected with using suitable primer and anti corrosive paint level difference at different points shall be suitabily taken care so as to look asthetically good including cost of excavation foundation concrete and providing and fixing M.S. Gate of suitable size where required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Refer to Technical specification volume-II and Data sheet No.14)
Excavation in earth work and banking in 20 cm layers including breaking clods, ramming and dressing ground for the purpose of making embankments or filling up ground depression upto a lead & lift upto 1.50 metres in pick work.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted pressure feed closed loop type automatic PLC based gaseous chlorinator plant with residual chlorine analyzer and automatic chlorine dose adjustment mechanism for required capacity. It should be capable of controlling the chlorine level based on the feedback comand of residual chlorine analyzer to PLC system and PLC should give command accordingly to chlorine plant. Also it should be capable of injecting chlorine gas in required quantity from 0-4 kg/ hour through electrically driven motor operated booster pump 2 nos (1W+1SB) including 6 nos CCE approved chlorine gas cylinders of 100 Kg cap. duly filled ,chlorine lekage detector system and two chlorine analyer sensors to indicate chlorine content level in water (one at Clear water tank and one at tailend in the distribution network) with digital display complete in all respect with required electrical works including all accessories required to make the system fully functional with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and Supplying of High Efficiency and Low Pressure UV Lamps, arranged concentrically and easily removable for 1.85 MLD WTP with 78 M3/H operational flow. The system should have minimum lamp life of 14000 Hrs with calibrated UV intensity monitoring system of reference sensor quality. It should be microprocessor based control system with touch screen graphics abd automatic wiping system. The system should have optiDetect-quartz sleeve breakage detection and variable power output (Optidose) with minimum UV dose of 80mJ/cm2 MS-2 RED UVDGM and UV Transmittance should not be less than 85% and Turbidity handling should be minimum 10 NTU. The system should have all compliance like Certificate : ONORM M5873-1 and UV Sensor: SO 20101. It should have approval from CE and EMC approved - surpasses prevailing industrial standards. Including Supplying of sluice valve, CI -Y type strainers, Bends, flanges, Rubber Gasket, Nuts & Boult, 3 Core insulated wire/ cable, Cable trays,welding for fixture & fittings (MS Angle, Plate cutting,etc). Servo stablizer of required KVA and all the accessories required for the installation of plant with erection and commissioning of all the plant equipments, mechanical and electrical items including transportation and labour charges with all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge (Refer Vol-II of Technical specifications & Vol-III Data sheet No. 17)
