Taking down and refixing after repairs, ceiling fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing after repairs, wall mounted fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing after repairs, exhaust fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing after repairs, pedestal fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing after repairs, air circulator fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item Nos.1 to 5: Bearing/gun metal bush/rubber bush & bolts/ capacitor/rewinding/cord flexible/shaft etc. will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only cord flexible copper conductor three core 23/0.0076 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed 1100 V grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Finolex/Nicco/Havells/HPL India. Ltd.

Supply only oil capacitor of 2.5 Mfd suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only oil capacitor of 4 Mfd suitable for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make for item 7 & 8: CAPCO/ TIBCON/ DADA / CROMPTON GREAVES

Supply only ball bearings, bearing No.6201 suitable for ceiling fan/wall mounted/exhaust fan/air circulator of any sweep any make/model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: NBC/ TATA/ SKF

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan/wall mounting fan/exhaust fan/pedestal fan of any sweep and of any make & model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only rubber bush with bolt and nut suitable for ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only stepped type electronic regulator for ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/Crompton Greaves/Almonard

Supply only shaft suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan/air circulator of any make/model and sweep with necessary machining work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only the canopy suitable for ceiling fan of existing type & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MS down rod 15mm bore and 450mm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing guage complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning/preparation of surfaces of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep thoroughly and painting with one coat of spray painting using synthetic enamel white paint over the existing paint and stenciling of MES No. with black paint over it complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Luxol (Berger Paints), Brolac (Jenson & Nicholson), Superlac (Shalimar Paints) Nerolac (Goodlas-Nerolac), Apco Lite (Asian Paints)
