Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 02 here-in-before, but except bricks all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, Kerbs aprons etc laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in side of drain/channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before, but except bricks all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' laid on edge as in drains bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before, but except bricks all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drain, complerte all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and finished cement concrete surface even and smoth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Cement Concrete(1;3:6) type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggragete in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded Exc. 6mm but n.exc 9mm all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, of 150 mm internal diameter (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, 150mm dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in all as specified and directed.

Dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs,bushes,weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth as directed by Engineer-in-charge completely by manual labour deploying 04 Nos labour minimum per day (Labour may vary from 04 Nos to required nos depending upon the quantum of work ) including making up surface all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Grass/ bushes etc shall be collected and removed from the site by mechanical transport where directed but outside the periphery of area under clearance and useful materials shall be stacked and is property of the MES . Note:1. Contractor's quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary tools to the labours as per working requirement 2. All other notes as per contract provision will also be applicable 3. Minimum 4 labour for drain cleaninig.
