Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stcked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in drains and channels etc; in earth work in all kind of soil, such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, hard and soft blasting, saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil for all heights from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. Consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera; with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders lintels window sills, cornices, arches corbelling including curved surfaces where ever required sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers bressumers and lintels upto all depths including carriae of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement; four sand; eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty Newton per square millimetre) with minimum cement contents not less than 310 kg (Three hundred ten kilogram) per cubic metre, as per approved design mix mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls any thickness (thickness not more than 0.10 m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from the top of the foundation as per specifications, approved drawing, design including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Boulder/Stone filling dry hand packed under flooring including consolidation complete, as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in super-structure upto any heights in all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints with cement mortars 1:6 (One cement: Six sand), including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class half brick masonry using common brunt clay building bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto floor all level with hoop iron in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: Four sand) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. Providing and fixing anodised / colour coated aluminium work for door (External door NO 14081 Size 127 x 44.45 x 3.19mm) , window, ventilators and partitions frame with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. Providing and Laying 60mm (Sixty milimetres) Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 make of NTC/ GDC/Atlantica make including 4mm thick (Four millimetres) thick levelling course of sand and locking with cement concrete M-30 (M-Thirty) complete and as per IRC SP-63-2004 & IS 15658 as per the instructions of the Engineer-Incharge within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
