Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises

M&L for rectified joint less non - skid ceramic coloured designer tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy joint filler, 3mm wide to match.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of priming coat complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm each

S & F Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, cupboards with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing & locking arrangement for shutter etc. complete all as specified

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/ screws.

S & F anodised aluminium cupboard shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, locking handle in each door , hinges/ rollers, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F medium density fibre board, exterior grade, fixed to aluminium frame with necessary fittings all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair curtain rods fancy type powder coated conduit not less than 18mm dia complete.

S & F 17.5mm thick Solid plain PVC Sheet suitably fixed as in shelves & partitions in cupboards with stainless steel screws & glue complete all as specified & directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard /dense soil.

Excavation in trenches not exec 1.5m wide and not exec 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes ,class NP3, 200 mm bore laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of pipe of 200 mm bore after they are laid and tested in.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exec 25cm of soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Removing of excavated material etc excedding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exec 1.5 m above the ground level.

M&l for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over and inluding 50mm thick , 6.3mm graded stone chippings cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete type C-1(1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping ,kerbs and the like including weathering ,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating ,as directed.
