Isolating the transformer from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discarding the HT Cable, disconnecting the LT Cable from bush rods with the help of skilled labour, lowering of transformer from bed with the help of hydraulic crane and loading in troller/truck for necessary repairs at workshop

Draining of T-oil from transformer tank in separate barrels at workshop with the help of skilled labours and other tools & tackles

Opening the lid of transformer and discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes the charge for dismantling of core assembly & removing damaged coil with the help of skilled labours

Providing and fitting of 02 No. fresh HT legs in appropriate size of copper wire as per sampler.( weight of one leg= 90 Kg)

Re-tapping of three no’s LT legs by way o9f using skilled labours, latheroid paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fibre glass sleeves, insulation gum and varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Cleaning all the carbon smoke accumulated on HT/LT bush rod/bush cup with the help of liquid cleaner and soft cotton cloth, then fitted it one by one carefully in their own place without any damage. The job involves replacement of damaged silica gel breather with new one to absorb moisture /dust from air entering into transformer

Filtration of old existing T-oil .

Providing and Filling of fresh T-oil sealed barrel of Apar/Gulf make along with test certificate and the test valve of breakdown voltage should be 74.

Reassembling of Transformer by way of fitment of HT /LT Coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the Assembled transformer, and fitting top lid of the transformer.

Loading of the transformer in a private Truck with the help of crane, skilled labour after proper repairs at workshop and unloading at site, tested on full load.

Deduction cost of old scrap as 85% of weight of item no. 03. As per actual measurement of scrap.
