M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:4 screed bed including Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick in CM 1:3 bedding including Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 350 mmx 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for fixing wall tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as directed and as specified.
