Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes including demolition/ dismantling of existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair for receiving tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free (300mm x 450mm) x 7 to 8 mm thick, coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in dado/ vertical services, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old masonry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) or fair faces of brick or cement concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair 18/ 19 mm thick PVC board, one side laminated, cut to size as required and fixed in position for cabinets door including 40mm width of flap when open, continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro-galvanised and including all necessary fitting like as handles, hasp and staple stainless steel etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made steel rolling shutters with laths of thickness 1.0mm, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push, pull or manual type/ gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including taking down existing old unserviceable, broken, rusted steel rolling shutter of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated unplastered surfaces of wall, including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying 2-3 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper to wall including cleaning of windows, door internal fitting and any other surfaces by removing splashes/ spot after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition/ scarifying or picking of gravelled exceeding 50mm thick but not exceeding 150mm thick surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone aggregates of size not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for E/M installation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations and spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC M-15, (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping or similer work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame (with shutter eithout taking off shutter from frame n. exc. 1.5 Sqmtr) each complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to aluminium door or window of any size, shape and description including easing, cutting, drilling, including provn of parts such as rubber gasket, blanket cloth, handle, locking arrangement, etc. to make door or window fully functional, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium sections in any type of door, windows and ventilator etc. including fabricatoon of frame shutter and fixing with necessary glazing clips, joining cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section sweighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.) hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos.) suitable handle (2 Nos.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 5.5mm thick glass pan ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc. 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement feeder pillar box cubical type of comprising size (panel box size), with bus bar chamber having 4 wire 415 Volts, factory made dust proof vermin proof for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated, machine pressed, both side opening with double door (front and rear) in two shelves with provision of rubber beadings and locking system, danger notice board in front and rear sides including insulated aluminium bus bar of 630 Amp capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/ cubical switch shall have independent opening, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete including all connections/ control wiring incoming/ outgoing with suitable size of copper conductor cable, foundation is not less than 30 cm below ground level and not less than 45 cm above ground level, legs of panels will be grouted in centre of PCC foundation centre place will be open for connection of under ground cables including provision of following:- (Central Power House)

S&F in replacement LT feeder pillar (Kiosk) of suitable size, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, rust proof paint, outdoor type, double door with openable front door including locking arrangement with copper busbar 250 Amps rating with MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole, 16 KA thermal megnatic adustable type for incoming and fixed on angle iron frame and PCC plinth complete as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for earthing to panel/ equipments etc. with and including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to and including galvanized mild steel strip 32mm x 6mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to panel/ equipment body/ test point with two Nos. nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25mm x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc. complete with earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric cables of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 Core, LT, 1100 Volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 34 above but cables of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (local tibba sand) (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punning down to 180mm thickness to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road pavement, hard stansding by using manual method with and including 100mm HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair, maint, general servicing and shifting of existing LT panel including, painting of panel dual coat of enamel paint including replacement of brunt lugs and insulation of bus bars, rewiring of LT panel including all accessories, replacement of minor spare parts (nuts bolts, lamp indicator, gland plate etc.), cleaning of LT panel, welding of LT panel to its angle iron frame, other PCC related work, hinges replacement, locking arrangement and all other small maint work like marking of LT feeders with synthetic enamel paints etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistrand, FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawing in and including PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, elbows reducers, pressed steel/ MS terminal boxes factory made 1.6 mm thick dully painted in rectangular shape appropriate size (having wall thickness of conduit not less than 2.00mm) for one light/ fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch, one way, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets requlators etc. and contineous PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 45 above but 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board.

M&L in repair for point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multistrand, FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawing in and including PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia medium grade, ISI marked, with all accessories such as bends, elbows reducers, pressed steel/ MS terminal boxes factory made 1.6 mm thick dully painted in rectangular shape appropriate size (having wall thickness of conduit not less than 2.00mm) surface type, for 3 pin socket outlet, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets requlators etc and continous PVC insulated and unsheathed 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
