Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 using 20% plum of nallah split stone ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed

Providing and laying damp proof coarse 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level . 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars

Providing and fixing of interlocking tiles 80 mm thick of M-30 mix conforming to IS- 15658 over 50 mm thick sand bed and locking of tiles at ends with cement concrete M-20 and spraying of dry sand to fill up the joints, vibrations complete in all respects. (NSI)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for mass concrete

Foundations, footings bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading /unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an average distance of 120 kms by M.T

Stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size for an average distance 10 kms by M.T
