Supplying of all the required materials of approved make to construct a maintenance free chemical earthing system as per drawing & detailed specification. Each set of earthing pit shall consists of a copper bonded solid steel rod electrode of 17.2mm dia x 3.0mtr length with required quantity of nontoxic electrically conductive concrete/backfill compound, Copper/brass termination busbar & bolt-nuts, washers etc. The work includes drilling/making a hole of 200mm dia in the ground to required depth by manual or mechanized method, keeping the electrode in the centre of the pit, filling the already prepared semi solid paste/slurry of backfill concrete/compound fully & curing, all the civil works such as excavation, refilling, construction of brick chamber, RCC cover, curring etc. The complete work shall be carried out as per our drawing and manufacturers instructions/ mannuals or as per standard. Note: The earth enhancing compound/concrete shall be of low resistivity conforming to IEC 62561-7 standard. (Makes: Erico/ Loress/ Indelec/ JMV/ LPI/ Ashlok).
