The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work supplying man power for Office maintenance in any government Offices of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Rs 9.70 Lakhs. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract. i.e Rs. 19.39 lakhs An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. The intending bidder / firm / company shall furnish details of liquid assets availability or credit facilities of not less than 30% to the cost put to tender (i.e 5..82 lakhs) for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / letter of credit issued from any Nationalized Banks / Scheduled Bank, in the prescribed format as per FD circular Dt:22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document, failing with which tender will be liable for rejection.
