No payment shall be made on account of any breakdown service during maintenence period . (iv) The Service Engineer will be called in case of any breakdown and the same shall be attended within 24 Hours of lodging of complaint, failing which a penal recovery of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per day till such time the unit is attended and complaint is resolved,will be recovered from the outstanding dues to the Contractor.
