Sweeping, Manual/Vacuum Cleaning, Mopping of Floor, Wet Wiping, Dry Wiping, Walls & Tiles Cleaning, Urinals, WCs, Glasses, Mirrors, Washbasins, Fixtures Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Aminities Replenishment, Glasses Cleaning, Windows Cleaning, Doors Cleaning, Floor Scrubbing and Cleaning, SS Grills Cleaning, Furnitures Cleaning, Fixtures and Frames Cleaning, Wall Painting Cleaning, Walls Scrubbing, Sinks Scrubbing, Tiles Cleaning, Parapet Wall Cleaning, Garbage Cleaning & Disposal, Drain Cleaning, Chokes removal in Toilet pipes and Bathroom pipes, Upholstery Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Cob Web Cleaning, Sweeping and cleaning of roads, Note: (1). Plinth Area only will be measured for Payment. (2). The rate to be quoted shall be excluding the cost of Cleaning Agents/Cleaning Material/Room Freshners, etc. which shall be paid under relevant items. (3). Debris obtained from cleaning shall be carted to the nearest Muncipal Garbage Bins. The frequency of activities shall not be less than, (1). Sweepping, Cleaning and Mopping of Floor Daily. (2). Cleaning of Doors, Windows, Window Glasses, Furnitures, etc., once in a Week, (3). Cleaning of cobwebs Monthly Once, (4). Cleaning of Toilet Floors, Glazed Dados, Toilet Fittings and Fixtures Daily, (5). Sweeping and Cleaning, of Roads within the premises (6). Weeding out of Premises, Cleaning of Drains, etc., once in a Week, (7). Operation of requisite lights daily. (8) In addtion to that, Operation of machinery & any housekeeping works as directed by EIC.
