Providing and fixing UPVC white/ivory shade casement window comprising of UPVC multi chambered frame, sash and mullion (wherever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+_ 0.2 mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from rall forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile). UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimensions, EDPM gasket stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (powder coated) casement handles, GI fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frames to finished wall, plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless screws etc. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners mullion (if required ) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjustment finished shall be filled with water proof silicon sealant over bakes road of required size and of approved quality all complete as per approved size , drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Casement window with ply proof SS wire mesh including all type (two no DGU insulated toughened glass (6mm toughened +12mm spacer + 6mm toughened) & one no. wire mesh shutter frame 118x50mm &sash 35x74mm complete all type of necessary fittings in all respect including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Fenesta / Aluplast or equivalent make as approved by Engineer in Charge.
