M&L for preparation of existing old painted surface of any description such as Panels any height and painted completed with one coats of primer (superior quality) and in smokey greay color all around the panels. (Make of Paint : Asian, Berger or equivalent.)

M & L in repair for fabrication of bus bar chamber of size 80cmx60cmx40cm for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system with MCCB 250A ,25 KA ,4 pole, out going MCCB 100Amps ,16KA , 4 Pole - 01 Nos and 63 Amps16KA , 4 Pole -01 Nos ,outdoor type, with digital volt amp meter ,double door, withpedestal mounted, weather and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating & finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade including 3 nos. phase indicating lamps, insertion of suitable cable glands for all incoming and out going cable including grouting of panel board 1.2 mtr above & 30 cm below ground level duly supported on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame & welding 45 cm long angle iron legs of size 50x50x6mm on all the four corners embedded in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Expertise and labour only for load balancing of feeder complete after removing all service cables connected to all the three phases, checking these for ohmic value, leakage if any and connecting to all the three phases in such a sequence so that load is nearly balanced in all the three phase complete all as specified and directed.

Inspection/checking & testing after repair of APFC panel 3 Phase,440 voltage 50Hz AC supply system to improve power factor 0.80 to 0.99 automatic step wise switched capacitor panel to make it serviceable in auto and maunal mode, with the help of connecting relays, capacitors,contactors,MCB"s.,CTs, re-wiring burnt/worn out control wires etc and rectifying the defects, replacement of unserviceable parts as required at site and cleaning of AMFAPFC panel as detecting during inspection or pointed out by department and carry out maintenance complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. (Notes :-This items includes the cost of cleaning & rewiringof panel. Spare parts required shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as supply only)
