Note:- The additional cost for internal wiring, PCB service, lugs and programming of the ckt will be included in this item.

M&L for rewinding and preventive maintenance of Chimini including rewinding at Airmen Mess, SNCO's mess and officer mess complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of sliding doors including greasing and oiling of rack and pinion gears and wheels of doors and replacing the wheels and supportiong rollers if found unservceable at HQ SWAC complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of LT Control panels of sliding doors including wiring and making all electrical connections good and tight to avoid chances of any shortcircuiting and replacing the faulty PCB, sensors and relays and making functional all sensors to control any obstruction in between in moving door if found unservceable at HQ SWAC complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt motors of Sliding Doors of Cap 03 HP, Three phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of sliding door motors of Cap 3 HP operated on 240 V, 50 Hz with replacing of box set-04 Nos, mechanical seal - 01 No, cut off switch 01 No, bearing 02 Nos, Air filling in tank complete as per site requirement or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of sliding door gear boxes by replacing of oil seal-02 Nos, mechanical seal - 01 No, refilling of lubrication oil 15W40, bearing 02 Nos, complete as per site requirement or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS Support Rollers for sliding doors at HQ SWAC Chiloda proper support of sliding doors all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair rack of sliding doors with milled/ hobbed gear tooths as existing pattern and welding the rack to the Gates at HQ SWAC Chiloda for proper movement of pinion over the rack so that any chances for sliping may get avoided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&Fx in repair MS gears wheel of Dia upto 80 mm with hobbed/ milled spur gear tooths and fixing to the motor shafts by inserting sunk key and making provision for key way complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm burried directly in ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25mm x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire babric (APM) weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 40mm bore medium grade 7.5 m long test point etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

NOTE:- For above item No 1 to 57, During faults and unserviceability of parts information given by JE/ Engr-in-Charge to Contractor, he should address and rectify with in 02 hrs otherwise penalty of Rs 5000/- per day will be recovered.
