Supply and fix in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed with 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw, fixed in and SMC junction box of size 170 x 170 x105mm hinged door fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : SMC juction box will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for PCC earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with 120 mm thick wall and 700 mm x 700 mm x 150 mm thick bed concrete and 50 mm thick precast chamber cover of RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I including demolition of old pit complete.

Supply only Earthing Soil Resistivity improvement compound Gel, Enhancement compound Transparent Liquid Jel in 5 Kg packing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make -JJ Engineering / SM Infotech / Powertack/ Power Plus

Supply and filling Common Salt in existing conventional earth pits in appropriate pacakage all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for back filling earthing compound as per standard IS 3043, IEEE 80and IEC 62561-7 for improved gound resistivity improver compound in powder form for the earthing effectiveness and improves conductivity of the earth eletrode and ground contact area and Eco frindly & effective for mainly consist of moinsutre , high conductivity , non- corrosive in nature and absorbs > 13 times water than its volume , resistivity <0.5ohm-mtr and NABL lab tested 0.039 Ohm-metc and in power physical state with taking down exisitng chemical rod and fill the back filling compound with mixing with water all as specifed and directed by Engineer in charge Make -JJ Engineering / SM Infotech / Powertack/ Power Plus/SABO

Brazing of copper strip using brazing touch suitable temp and using brazing rod all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Epoxy insulator will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing in repair copper earth strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminals or as directed including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Epoxy insulator will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

S & F in repairs Copper strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground,drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium earth strip of size 25x3.15mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal including taking down old strip all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :Epoxy insulator will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and fix copper earth strip of size 50 x 6 mm for extension of strip beyond 7.5 metres provided under item No 12 here in after with nuts, bolts, brazing, insulators, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to copper strip of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4,........type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel

complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.Note:- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for earth strip with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.

Earthing Electrode (conforming to IS 3043:1987) of copper, 3.00 metre long, 80 mm outer dia, copper inner strip of size 50 x 6 mm thick, pipe filled with SRIP compound (50 kg per earthing electrode) (b) FRP based earthing display board with support stand FRP coated width-254 mm, length-380mm, height-610 mm (c) PCC earthing protection chamber for each earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with

welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm) Note:-(i) Earthwork in any type of soil, installation of complete earthing system will be carried out in presence of company's authorised tradesmen/ representative. (ii) Item rate quoted by contractor shall include for 250 mm dia bore upto 3 metre deep and pouring, mixing of SRIP compound with soil. (iii) Drawing for single bore earthing is enclosed.

(ii)Black Soil to be arrange by contractor for mixing with charcoal, crystal salt , magnesium Sulphate & Vegetable oil and also for fiiling balance portion of unit in layers is deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) transportation charges for arrangement of black soil is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(iv) Tools and plants require for making depth upto 4 Mtr is included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm size PVC perforated caps screw to end of puff or vent pipe fixed on UPVC pipe and its should ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge

S&F in repair Air termination, single pointed Copper rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long lightning arrester, screwed for easy fitment and fixing with base plate with 10 mm holes on four corners for necessary fixing arrangement on top / side of PCC block (15cmx15cmx20cm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs Air termination, with 5 spikes Star pointed copper rod 15 mm dia and 1500 mm long and 100 micron copper bonded lightening conductor with base fixed in position on pole complete with clamp and nut bolts all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightening arrestors of color- steel white and material- stainless steel, installed at pole on building height upto 16 mtr and shall confirmed to NFC 17-102-2011, Efficency >095 &<_98 for level 1 with the length 80cm , ∆t For early stremer warning 40 µSec for 58 protection redius at Height of 5 mtr and connected copper cable to earthing all as specified and directed . S&F in repair PCC (1:3:6) block solid (15cmx15cmx15cm) for fixing of GI/Aluminium/Copper strip with suitable size of insulators on roof top complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm size epoxy type insulator suitable for fixing earthing strip including screw etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium conductor steel re-inforced any size to be fixed on High mast lightning conductor pole of 11/12/16 Mtrs including screwing with insulators etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repair cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable of size 6 sqmm, to be fixed on High mast lightning conductor pole of 11/12/16 Mtrs upto to the test point including screwing with insulators etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in repair Stranded copper cable coated in PVC is used as an internal earth conductor size 10 Sqmm single core and high resistance insulation confirming with IS-694, IEC 62305, IEC 62561 for connecting with lighting termination and complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI funnel of any type to be fix in existing earth pit including Cleaning of earth chamber complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and installation of 6 meter long GI tube of dia 40mm mast on the flat RCC roof/ PCC plateform of the building along with guying arrangement & foundation for fixing of pole with all accessories for installation of lightening arrestor spike on the top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for stainless steel mast of 38 to 40 mm dia and length 3.0 metre (approximate weight 6.40 kilogram) fixed on roof slab/wall duly embedded in and including cement concrete (1:2:4)of size 40x40x40cm complete for supporting mast complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Supporting tripods to fix lighting conductor or elevation masts to flat roofs including galvanised steel plate with bolts of dia 12mm, height 330MM , dimensions of base plate 200x200mm including accessories, complete all as specified and directed
