Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The geyser should be tough enough to withstand pressure upto 8 bars. The inner tank should have a minimum 10 years warranty submitted by the tenderer from OEM. Material and labour for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm sweep ceiling fan, cutting the existing worn winding and rewinding the fan with superior quality copper wire and filling the varnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves and paper & reassembling of , complete fan by fixing serviceable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush, condenser and shackle housing , gun metal bushes, ball bearings, twin twisted copper cable, down rod assembly & canopy ,split pins , complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing, oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed , complete all as directed & approved for 1200mm sweep. Supply and fixing in repair fan capacitor 2.5 MFD suitable for 1200/1400 mm ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
