Major Repairing of 100KVA electric sub station with replacement of worn out electro-mechanical equipments at pumping station Dassal . The job involves cutting the HT supply of 100 KVA electric transformer. Dismantling of HT/LT connections, lifting up the damaged transformer from the installed position with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour and stacking it at suitable place. Then shifting it from Site to workshop by way of loading in the vehicle with the help of manual labour there on dismantling/ disconnection the connections of HT bush set & LT bush rod and taking out simultaneously, scratching the old and damaged core sheets and other internal connections by using special tools and tackles, extracting out core of transformer using gas cutter thereby dismantling each limp of Aluminum wound HT coils, extracting HT coils from core and its damaged insulations and draining out all transformer oil from its chamber servicing , cleaning and flushing the oil tank by using chemical to clean all carbon deposits and plugging of leakages. Providing and fitting of new HT leg coils- 08Nos. and LT leg Coils- 03 Nos. in place of damaged HT and LT coils fabricated of enameled Aluminum wire of required gauge and also providing and fitting of HT & LT metal parts, silicate breather set of gasket, oil level gauge, LT terminal plate, sundry items and insulations, insertion of HT coils /LT coils and then making the internal connection of the coil to make star connections on LT side and delta connections of HT side by way of copper gas welding etc. placing the core in the oven for removal of any type of moisture and for getting megger value. Complete assembling of transformer, topping up of the new transformer, oil 90 Approximately. and then putting the transformer, on no load till required megger value is attained. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges ,carriages charge at site of work.

Repairing of 100 KVA 3 phase manually operated voltage Stabilizer of pumping Station Dassal improvement. The job includes disconnecting of incoming and outgoing power cables and making temporary arrangement for running the pumping station. Dismantling of the stabilizer by lifting of transformer assembly from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour. Complete rewinding of 01 Nos. main coil by using superior quality of material, replacement of 02 Nos. rotary Switch of size 5*5 complete in all respects. Replacement of 01 No. Ampere metre / Volt metre phase indicator .Assembling the voltage stabilizer. Cleaning of T.Oil & topping up the level by adding 60 ltrs of fresh T oil. Replacing its damaged MCCB, Making of power connections after proper thimbling. Testing the voltage stabilizer on full load.The complete job including the carriage by head load/manual labour up to site of work and Less rebate on old material/parts

Providing laying & fitting of Al- cable 185mm sq. 3.5 core.The Job involves Laying of 185mm2 x 3.5 core Aluminum Cable 30 mtrs in length between LT pole to LT Fuse link set after disconnecting and removing of old burnt out cable. Cutting and peeling the cable ends, providing & fixing of aluminum thimbles to the cable ends with the help of crimping tool, insulating the thimbles and connecting one end of the cable with LT pole & other end with LT fuse link set & testing it on load. The job also includes Repairs to 40HP Star-Delta starter by Providing & fitting of Cu contact points fixed & moving i.e. T-Type D-Type .Replacement of Tripping Coils, low volt coils & Topping of T-Oil 3lit. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges and carriage charges at site.
