Outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of 11KV, HT electrical supply installation comprising of VCB panel, Transformer, HT 04 pole structure, Diesel Engine set of capacity 125 KVA at sub station building and 30 KVA DG Set at Navy House at NOFRA area, Porbandar by deploying one qualified & experianced electrician in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM & 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following :- (i) DG Set 125 KVA - 01 No & 30 KVA - 01 No (ii) HT VCB panels - 03 Nos (01 incomer, 01 outgoing & 01 spare) (iii) Dry type Transformer 630 KVA - 01 No (iv) Main bldg LT panels with MCCBs and UG cable network complete. (v) APFC panel - 01 No (vi) AMF panel and UG cable network - 01 No (vii) Street light panel - 01 No

Outsourcing services for maintenance and operation of installations & equipment as specified in item No. 1 of BOQ by deploying one experienced helper to assist the electricianin one shift of 08 hour (i.e. 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of main pump house for pumping of water from UG sump to officers married accn / Bldgs at NOFRA area by deploying one skilled operator (FGM) & one Helper in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following :- (i) Under ground sump. (ii) Centrifugal pumps of 12.5 HP / 40 mtrs head - 02 Nos (iii) Pump operation panel with 02 Nos starters - 01 No (iv) Distribution water line, valves & over head tanks.

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of main pump house for pumping of water from UG sump to sailors married accn / over head tank / School / Shopping complex / Community hall / FWC etc. at Nausena Bagh area by deploying one skilled operator (FGM) & one Helper in two shifts of 08 hours each (i.e. 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM & 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) including sunday and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge comprising of following :- (i) Under ground sump - 02 Nos (ii) Centrifugal pumps of 10 HP / 25 mtrs head - 02 Nos (iii) Centrifugal pumps of 30 HP / 55 mtrs head - 02 Nos (iv) Pump operation panel with 02 Nos starters - 02 Nos (v) Distribution water line, valves & over head tanks.

Notes :- (i) The bidders are advised not to quote rates less than the minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages / subscription / contribution as prevailing, the department shall have right to recover amount of the difference of minimum wages payable and actually paid (If paid less than the minimum wages payable including subscriptions / contributions) from any other payment due or from securities pledged in favour of Accepting Officer. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding in this regard. (ii) Absent from duty of Electrician / Operator is not permissible as E&M services are essential in nature.
