Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty millimetre nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate twenty millimetre nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point coarse sand) : three graded stone aggregate twenty millimetre nominal size).including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including cutting hosting fixing in postion including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of rea lead paint. In trusses and trussed pulines in buildings.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three milimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm,(thirty five into thirty five into five millimetre) joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm (thirty five into thirty five into five millimetre) or 35x 5 mm (thirty five into five millimetre)flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately). including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick with 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing steel glazed framed shutter of Z-section with 4mm thick glass panes with putty for door, windows and clerestory windows required shape and section with fitting and necessary screws etc. including fixing iron hinges with necessary screws including applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood. 35 mm (thirty five millimetre) thick.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give even shade.Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat [email protected]/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
