Repair Replacement to load cell of 30 MT Weigh Bridge and repair of electronic weighing scale and calibration of all measuring instruments at Executive Engineer, Quality Control and Procurement Division Narwal Jammu

Repair/ Replacement to load cell of 30 MT weigh bridge by way of disconnecting all the connection from the electrical equipment & the load cells. Removing / extracting all the load cells from the steel plate by skilled labour, carriage / shifting of the same to the work shop for repair / replacement of faulty load cells. The job includes providing / fitting of two No. new load cells i.e. one No. cell at position 2 right of front side of weigh bridge and one No. cell at position 5 left of front side of weigh bridge (considering main hole side as front side of weigh bridge). The job includes drilling, welding and mounting of base plate and update by joining the data cable to the junction box & the display screen and complete calibration of the weigh bridge from the Legal Metrology Department. The job includes Varnishing/ painting / lubrication of nuts & bolts and tightening / replacement of old nuts & bolts and washers. Checking the complete performance of the weigh bridge. Complete job includes cost of material, labor charges and hire charges of tools and tackles

Repair of measuring scale by way of dismantling of display and internal part of weighing scale by skilled mechanic under the supervision of experience supervisor. Providing / fitting of transformer and repair of PCB. Re-assembling the parts and tightening of all nuts & bolts and calibration from the Legal Metrology Department
