Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) In Super Structure using Fly ash bricks of size (25cmx12cmx8cm) having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all floors with all necessary projection including hoisting, placing in position, scaffolding, splays, cutting, circular mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement concrete (1:2:4) in following works using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowring, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curring, centring and shuttring and finishing the exposed surface smooth with plastring with cement mortar of same propertion as of concrete if necessary providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all other materials and cost of labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S. or T.S. rod and binding wires and labour charges for bending and tying etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-in-Charge.
Finishing wall with Acrylic wall putty (water base) of approved shade in new work to two coats to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16 mm thick C.P(1:6) finished smooth over brick work including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint to walls with approved shade including polishing the surface with cost , conveyance and taxes of distemper with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
