Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m high from the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub class (B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated prewired bus bar, cubical type of appropriate size out door dust vermin proof, made out of suitable size of angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level),Panel embedded in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge to accommodate the following accessories :- (a) Incoming (i) MCCB TH ADJ 4 Pole 100 A 25KA - 1 No (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB TH ADJ 4 Pole 63 A 25KA - 3 No (ii) TPN 32 AMP 415V, 50Hz, 10kA - 02 No (iii) Aluminium bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour RYB . Note : (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermins, reptiles. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead 32X6mm size by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of galvanised iron and 32mm x 6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade 40 mm bore including provision off 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade pipe 20mm dia for watering of suitable length placed on the TOP edge of earth plate,common salt and charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funel,wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 50 mtr complete plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earth test point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches of the 80 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for laying of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches of the 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for laying of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
