Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide & not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation for laying of CI /GI pipe line in trenches not exc 10sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at level n exc1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up CI/DI pipe line from trenches including burning of lead joint, removing of lead for following bore of pipe completed all as directed of following size :

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing Ductile iron pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class – K 7 including with cement mortar linning inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminus paint all necessary jointing materials (IS-8329-2000 Marked) on out side the pipe without polyethylene sleeve completed of following size:

M&L brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1050 mm X 1050 mm X 1200 mm(internal dimension) complete with MS angle iron frame work (Angle Iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm) & 3.20 mm MS sheet top cover openable through hinges including neccesory locking arrangement rendering complete and painting with two coat of black bituminous paint over a one coat red oxide primer.

M& L Rewinding of 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor after disconnecting motor from pump and dismantling the motor, taking down burnt winding wire of field coil and rewinding of field coil for suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including and necessary connection etc all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-

Supply and fix in repair of following parts for existing centrifugal pump set electric driven 3 phase 415 volt 40/25/15/10/7.5 HP having discharge.

Pump motor MS coupling

Replacement of gland coller set complete

Cover bolts & washers, neck ring
