M & L for Servicing of transformer 400/300/250/200/125/100 KVA installed at 15BRD & carrying out insulation resistant test(HT-LT,HT-E & LT-E),BDV of Oil(top & bottom sample),Dissolved Gas Analysis(DGA) test,arresting of leakage by proper tightening of terminals& joints,replacement of loose or burnt out gasket & proper sealing of valves etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Buchhloz relay for 160 to 500 KVA transformer including connecting with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable to existing panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of transformer temperature gauge (stem type) suitable for 100 to 400 KVA transformer all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine spray painting of the transformer of capacity 400/300/250/200/125/100 KVA & voltage stablizer of capacity 300/150/100/75 KVA rubbing, scraping of old paints with emery paper, cleaning and preparation of smooth surfaces complete with approved quality paint, all as directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for servicing of servo controlled voltage stabilizer 300/150 KVA, 415 volt including setting of input and output voltage complete all as directed. Note:- Spare required for replacement if any will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Servicing of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer 100/75 KVA , 415Volt including setting of Input and Output voltage complete all as directed.Note:- Spare required for replacement if any will be measured and paid separately.

Note for item Nos 63.00 to 65.00 (i) The contractor should carry out servicing through authorised OEM & not by any local mechanic (ii) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period & additional worn out spare parts like O Rings,gasket,screws, etc if found unserviceable should be replaced by contractor without additional cost . (iii) Proper servicing certificate should be produced immediately after servicing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for carrying out spray painting to 82.5/62.5/160 KVA Diesel Engine, alternator, base frame & control panel board by applying 02 coats of approved colours synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including taking necessary precaution to avoid any painting in measuring instruments, hoses, fuel pipe & other parts indicated by Engineer-In-Charge all as directed

Maintenance & servicing of 11 KV,HT RMU with following work:-

(a) Load Break Switch:-

(i) On-Off Operation Checking. (ii) Interlocking of the LBS. (iii) Hardware tightening of the mechanism (iv) Latch Roller Condition (v) LBS lever lubrication (vi) Aux Switch setting if unit is motorized.

(b) Circuit Breaker

(i). On-Off Operation of CB. (ii). Tripper Setting. (iii). Cable Box Interlock of the CB, (iv). Pad Lock of CB. (v). Cam Setting. (vi). Reset spring setting. (vii). Lubrication to required parts. (viii). Neutral Catch Setting. (ix). Off to reset Wire setting. (x). Aux Switch Setting.

Testing of 11 KV,HT RMU with following work:- (i) .Relay Primary Injection test. (ii).Insulation Resistance. (iii). Contact Resistance. (iv). Tripper Coil resistance.

Note for item Nos 100.00 & 101.00 (i) The contractor should carry out servicing through authorised OEM & not by any local mechanic (ii) Proper servicing certificate should be produced immediately after servicing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of first aid box containing medical kits all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement rubber mating of size 2m x 1 m x 19mm, ISI marked.

S & F in replacement of electric shock treatment board made up of flux sheet with printed standard matter in three versions(i.e Hindi,English & Gujrati) & standrad drawing over a layer of polythene film pasted on wwoden ply board of 6 mm thick with all edges fixed with wooden beedings all as directed.Onte:- The over all size of the board shall not less than 1.0 Mtr x 0.75 Mtr

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet,vitreous enamellers white,figures & conventional shulls,bones in singal red colour affixed with MS clamps,bolts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm size.

M & L for anti climbing device,spikes type fabricated out of MS bar round,square,flat) including nuts,bolts,washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

M& L in replacement of test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled & screwed including 3 hole,8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head with nuts & washers complete as specified and directed.

S &F in replacemen air temination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 108.00 above, but copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete.

S&F in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tubing, light grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for earthing strip protection complete.

M&L for colour coding of earthing pit cover with the following colour:- Red for chemical earth pit.Yellow for conventional earth pit. The numbering/marking of earth pit will be in capital black colour and is to be done as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for coarse aggregates, grading l, 90 to 40 mm size or grading 3, 50 to 20 mm size granite for spreading on ground for Four/Two pole structure.

M& L For industrial salt for earthing pit recharging all as directed by Engineer in charge
