ROOFTOP SOLAR PV POWER PLANT FOR LIBRARY

OD1543/2023-2024:Design, supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of Rooftop Solar Off-grid system with the following components 1. 5000VA solar PCU conforming to IS 16169: 2019/ IEC 62116: 2014 and of Output voltage – 230 VAC +/- 1.0% of an MRE/ ANERT approved make 2. Mono/Poly Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial PV Modules conforming to IEC 61215 / IS14286 (250Wp or higher) for a cumulative capacity of not less than 4kWp and Module efficiency shall be higher than 15% 3. Battery bank should comprise of 4 numbers of 12V 150 Ah each at C10 (under STC) for a backup of 2hrs at full load 4. DC combiner box should be used for Electrically interconnect strings together to make an array and should have blocking diodes for over reverse current protection and string fuse for over current protection<br>5. DC Distribution panel to receive the DC output from the array field and to isolate solar panel from inverters for operational maintenance and for surge protection<br>6. AC Distribution Panel Board (DPB) shall control the AC power from PCU/ inverter, and should have necessary surge arrestors. All switches and the circuit breakers, connectors should conform to IEC 60947, part I, II and III/ IS 60947 part I, II and III.<br>7. DC cables used to interconnect strings and connect PV array output to Inverter’s DC input – 6 Sq mm Flame retardant (FR) XLPO Red or Black Annealed copper, tin coated DC cables with UV protection from a reputable brand with a maximum current carrying capacity of 50 Amps conforming to IEC 62930 and/or TUV certifications 8. The MC4 connectors should be suitable for crimping onto 6 Sq mm DC cables and should come in a Male-Female pairs rated for 40 Amps and having IP 67. And all other necessary accessories for the proper working of the SPV system. All the above mentioned components should meet the technical specification supplied and shall be installed in the site per directions of the site engineer.

OD1544/2023-2024:Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of Rooftop Solar array structure of Hot dip galvanized MS mounting structures may be used for mounting the modules / panel / arrays. Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 120 microns.
