At Factory Premises: Daily sweeping of floor areas of all offices (includes: Administrative Building, Cycle Stand, Main Gate, Security, Time Office, Civil Office, Work Shop, Weigh Bridge, Shift Offices, LS crusher, MM dept, Tea serving counters, CCR Building, Mines – Quarry Workshop, DG Set sheds and other areas). Daily Wet mopping of all office floors/ Daily Cleaning of all toilets & wash basins/ Disposal of waste from dust bins on weekly basis/ Daily Cleaning of all office equipment and furniture’s/ Removal of chocking from sewerage lines and toilets gully traps on weekly and need basis/ Any other cleaning job activities based on instructions of P&A Department officials / HOD (P&A)

At Township Premises: Daily sweeping of all colony roads, community center, Club and Nehru Sports Complex/Stair cases of all residential quarters as per checklist/ Cleaning of all toilets, gully / path area and wash basin in residential buildings/ Daily cleaning of Health center and shopping center etc./ Any other cleaning job activities based on instructions of P&A Department officials / HOD (P&A):
