Name of the Work :-BT to the Road from Yeditha to Sangameswara swamy Temple in Yeditha (Dakshina Kaasi) (0432018) of Kapileswarapuram (M) in East Godavari District ; Est cost - 158.00 lakhs Road Portion Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 MORD . including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete.

Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and leads upto 1000 m as per Tech. Spe. Clause 301.4. MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete.

Construction of Improved Subgrade by providing Selected earth having MDD not less than 1.85g/cc with LL & PI not exceeding 40% and 20 respectively and and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface and copacted to OMC with Vibratory roller of 80 to 100kN capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per IRC technical specification clause 303 MoRD, 305 MoRT&H by using machinery including all over heads and Contractors profit, But excluding GST & Seignarage charges, etc, complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded HBG material (Grading III material) (Table 400.1), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN / vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinary, royalties, all taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge including contractors profit & Over head charges but excluding GST& Seignorage Charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD, including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete for Prime Coat.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 MORD, including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete for Tack Coat

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieved the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 MORD (using vibratory Roller 80-100 KN for intermediate rolling and 3 wheel roller 80-100 KN for initial and final rolling) including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing (Mix seal surfacing) material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500.15 of MORD using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix plant (By mechanical means), laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 507 MORD'2014, including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be 350 kg /cum (Ordinary portland cement ) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer bitumenous sealant, admixers as adopted, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.22 MORD including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, hire charges of machinaries etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge for CC pavement inlcuding contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete For 170mm thick with 3.25m joint spacing.
